RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 664 - HAZEL McHALE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 6th day of October, 1982, considered the re-
quest of Hazel McHale for a mobile home to be used as more than
one mobile home as an accessory to farm on the parcel of land,
which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the E' NE4, Section 5, T2N, R67W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Hazel
McHale for permission to place a mobile home to be used as more
than one mobile home as an accessory to farm use on the above
described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance
with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby
is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
October, A.D. , 1982.

subject: Existing system - Hazel McHale
Septic system located at 7740 Weld County Road 26 , Longmont ,
Co, (EzNE1/2, 5-2-67) owned by Hazel McHale appears adequate for the
mobile home that has been there since 1978 , which has 1 bedroom,
1 bathroom and 2 people occupy the home . No permit is on record
with our department . However , Mrs . McHale informed us that the
septic tank is 800 gallons , and 100 feet of leachfield . There-
fore, because of limited system knowledge, we will approve the
additional use of the system for only 2 people.
We cannot certify that the system will function as intended
in the future .
If loading changes on the system, we require that Weld County
Health Department be notified so that a review of the system ' s
adequacy can be made.
