RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE REVENUE SHARING USE
REPORT AND SURVEY OF COUNTY GOVERNMENT FINANCES.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Finance Officer has informed the
Board of County Commissioners that the Revenue Sharing Use
Report and Survey of County Government Finances are now
available for public inspection and has requested that the
Chairman of the Board be authorized to sign the same, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it
advisable to approve said Revenue Sharing Use Report and Survey
of County Government Finances for submission to the federal
government, to authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign the
same, and further, to direct the Clerk to the Board to publish a
notice stating that these reports are available for public
inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County that the Revenue Sharing Use Report
and Survey of County Government Finance be, and hereby are,
approved for submission to the federal government and further
that the Chairman of the Board is authorized to sign the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the
Board be, and hereby is, directed to publish a notice stating
that these reports are available for public inspection.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
November, A.D. , 1984 .

well as the Bureau's ongoing statistical reports.
Please complete this form and return the addressed copy to us in the enclosed preaddressed
envelope, if possible within 20 days. The duplicate copy is for your files. Failure to return
this form may delay your revenue sharing allocations from the Department of the Treasury.
As a guide in completing the form, we have listed on the addressed copy of the form the
amounts provided for your government in connection with the prior year General Revenue
Sharing Survey.
