HomeMy WebLinkAbout820456.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 601 - RONALD GRABRIAN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 23rd day of June, 1982, considered the request of Ronald Grabrian for a second mobile home to be used as an accessory to farm use on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agrucultural Zone District more particularly described as follows: Part of the Nz SEa, Section 35, T2N, R67W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Ronald Grabrian for permission to place a second mobile home to be used as an accessory to farm use on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordianance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of June, A.D. , 1982.
