Dear Ms. Feuerstein:
Enclosed please find a copy of a Notice of Public Hearing
for the first reading of the proposed bond ordinance for issuance
by Weld County of the above-referenced bonds. This Notice of
Public Hearing must be published in the Greeley Tribune in its
August 4 , 1983 , issue. We request that your office cause the
enclosed Notice of Public Hearing to be so published.
I have been advised by Thomas O. David, Weld County County
Attorney, that placement by your office of the Notice of Public
Hearing in the Greeley Tribune without a resolution of the Board
of County Commissioners is entirely proper, and he requested that
we forward the enclosed notice to you for publication.

Bond Ordinance (changes only)
Inducement Letter
Guaranty
Collateral Assignment of Rents
Changes in these documents have been marked for your convenience.
You may note that the changes in the documents also change the
page numbers and pagination of the documents . We will distribute
complete copies of the Loan Agreement and Bond Ordinance at the
time the final drafts are issued.
Please let us have your final comments no later than Thursday,
August 11, 1983. If I am not available, please give your comments
to Dave Dwyer. In order to have the first reading of the Ordinance
on August 22 , 1983, as scheduled, the County Clerk must have the
foregoing documents in final form by August 14 .
