RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mary O'Neal and Randy Peterson be
appointed to said board as the at-large representative and an associate member, respectively,
to replace Jack Davis and Mary Ann DePinto, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Mary O'Neal and Randy Peterson
to said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Mary O'Neal and Randy Peterson be, and hereby are, appointed
to the Board of Adjustment, with their terms to expire December 31, 2003.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of February, A.D., 2001.
