RE : APPOINTMENT OF MARY E . TUCK TO THE WELD COUNTY HEALTH
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Richard Gazlay has resigned as a member of the
Health Board and a vacancy currently exists for the unexpired
term, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mary E. Tuck be
appointed to the Weld County Health Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to
appoint Mary E. Tuck to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Mary E. Tuck be,
and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Health Board to
fill the unexpired term of Richard Gazlay, which expires
May 23, 1983.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th
day of January, A.D. , 1982 .
