Box 758 I R Greeley, Colorado 80632 MAY 2 4 2001 1)1 Dear Cyndy: ATTo N„PTY NT CE In our continuing effort to keep Weld County informed,I want to update you on a change are making next month as we continue to incorporate the communities and customers formally served by Comcast into the AT&T Broadband Front Range Region. In June, we will convert our former Comcast customer accounts to AT&T Broadband's billing system, called CSG. This conversion will bring the accounts of all our customers under one system. The conversion will occur over the weekend of June 2. No installation or service appointments will be booked for the period beginning Friday, June 1 through Tuesday,June 5. Our customer service and payment centers that are usually open on Saturdays will be closed for the day on Saturday,June 2. After the conversion is complete, our customers will have access to our regional customer service center twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week,using the same phone number, 303-776-6600, they have always used. Under the new billing system, our customers will also have access to EFTS, our electronic funds transfer system which allows for recurring billing options, such as automatic withdrawals from a bank account or credit card. Our customers will receive the new bills in June. They will receive their bills approximately seven to ten days later than they received their bills under the former billing system. The due date on their bills will also be approximately seven to ten days later than what they saw on their former bills. A billing insert that explains how to read the new bill also will be enclosed. I am enclosing a copy of that enclosure for your reference. Additionally,the following message will appear on the bills our customers will receive: "Your account number with AT&T Broadband has changed. If you currently utilize a bill payer service,you will need to change the account number listed with the service." This new billing system will provide our customers with more options to pay their bills and telephone access to a live customer service representative twenty-four hours a day.
