RE : APPROVAL OF CERTIFICATE OF DESIGNATION FOR AN OIL FIELD
FLUID DISPOSAL SITE - MIKE CERVI
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on November 8, 1982, a public hearing was held in
the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado for the purpose of considering whether to grant a Certi-
ficate of Designation for an oil field fluid disposal site to
Mike Cervi, said site to be located on the following described
property:
Part of Section 33, Township 3 North, and
Section 4 , Township 2 North, Range 62 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, Section 30-20-104, CRS 1973, requires the Board
of County Commissioners to take into account certain factors, and
WHEREAS, the Board has taken into account such factors and
hereby finds as follows:
1. The site will have no adverse effect on surrounding
property.
2. The site will be convenient and accessible to potential
users .
3. The applicant has the ability to comply with the health
standards and operating procedures provided for in Part
1 of Section 30-20-101, et seq, CRS 1973.
4 . The site complies with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
WHEREAS, the Board further finds as follows :
1. Development Standard #3 of the Use by Special Review
Permit #481 has been completed.
2. The Waste Management Division of the State Health
Department has reviewed the application materials
and recommends the approval of the Certificate of
Designation.
3. The Use by Special Review application was approved
on May 26, 1982 .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Certificate of
Designation for an oil field fluid disposal site for Mike Cervi
located on the hereinabove described real property be, and hereby
is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
November, A. D. , 1982.

In accordance with the provisions of 30-20-101 through 30-20-115,
CRS 1973, the Borad of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado hereby designates the following site for an oil field
fluid disposal site:

This Certificate of Designation may be temporarily suspended or
revoked, after reasonable notice and public hearing, for cause
as outlined in Section 30-20-112 , CRS 1973.
