The Town Clerk, Judy Hegwood, forwarded your letter to Mr. Samson for a response. I
apologize for the delay in answering your request for information on this matter. The correct date
for inclusion in paragraph 3.3(c) is: "January 1, 1985, as amended."The response for paragraph
3.3(d) is: the"Little Thompson Water District."

Re: Water Information for the Coordinated
Planning Agreement Between Weld County
and the Town of Mead
Dear Judy:
When the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County approved the Coordinated Planning
Agreement between Weld County and the Town of Mcad on May 22. 2000, the signed version
unfortunately did not include the water information in paragraphs 33(c) and (d). A copy of the
final approved version is enclosed. For 33(c), we need the date of the water service agreement
the Town may have with a water supplier. For 3.3(d), we need the name of the water supplier for
the Town. We are now producing our Weld County Code, where we can include that
information (because the Agreement was adopted as an ordinance by the Commissioners).
