RE: APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING MODIFICATION AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - ROCKY MOUNTAIN SER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Memorandum of Understanding
Modification between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Human Services,
Employment Services of Weld County, and the Rocky Mountain SER, with terms and conditions
being as stated in said modification, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said modification, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Memorandum of Understanding Modification between the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Human Services, Employment Services of Weld
County, and the Rocky Mountain SER be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said modification.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of August, A.D., 2001.

between Rocky Mountain SER and the Board of
County Commissioners for Employment
Services of Weld County
Enclosed for Board approval and signature is a Modifiction to the Memorandum of
Understanding between Rocky Mountain SER and the Board of County Commissioners
on behalf of the Weld County Division of Human Services, Employment Services of
Weld County and the Weld County Workforce Development Board.
The Modification adjusts staff time at each agency.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
MODIFICATION
Between
Weld County Workforce Development Board, Employment Services of Weld County, and the Rocky
Mountain SER
THIS ADDENDUM OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is made and entered
into this 1 day of June, 2001, by and between the Board of commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on behalf
of the Weld County Division of Human Services, Employment Services of Weld County, ("Employment
Services"), Weld County Workforce Development Board ("Workforce Development Board"), and Rocky
Mountain SER.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the above stated parties entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on July 1, 2001, as
requested under the Workforce Investment Act and whereas the parties desire to modify the Memorandum of
Understanding,
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the parties hereto Covent and agree on the
following changes.
III. B.4. Outstation an Employment Services staff person at Rocky Mountain SER one half('/z) day per
week to provide Wagner-Peyser and Core Services to Rocky Mountain SER clients.
CS. Schedule a staff person on site four(4)hours a day, one (1)time per week at Employment
Services of Weld County,the One Stop Center. Staff will provide services to its current or
potential customers.
V. To support the operations of the one stop center system, one staff person will be out stationed at
Employment Services for four(4) hours a day, one (1) time per week.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties hereto have duly executed the MOU as of this day, month, and year first
above written.
