RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION AND RELEASE OF COLLATERAL FOR USE BY
SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#951 -ZADEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated October 23, 1991, the Board did approve the
application of Elaine Zadel, 18250 Weld County Road 19, Johnstown, Colorado 80534, for a
Use by Special Review Permit#951 for an Excavating Contractor Shop on the following
described real estate, to wit:
Part of the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 34, Township
4 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on February 12, 1992, the Board of County Commissioner of Weld County,
Colorado, did approve an Improvements Agreement According to Policy Regarding Collateral
for Landscaping Improvements between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through
the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Elaine Zadel with terms and
conditions being as stated in said agreement, and accepted Cashier's Check#515370, in the
amount of$1,250.00, and
WHEREAS, staff from the Weld County Department of Planning Services has
conducted a visual inspection and recommends release of said collateral.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Cashier's Check#515370, in the amount of$1,250.00 be, and
hereby is, canceled and released.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby
is, directed to return said collateral to the appropriate issuing party.

Subject: Release of Collateral for USR-951
Date: February 6, 2001
On February 2, 2001, a site inspection was conducted for USR-951, for Elaine Zadel, located in
part of the SW4 SW4 of Section 34, T4N, R67W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado (9023
WCR 38).
The collateral for$1250.00 for landscaping has been completed and the Department of Planning
Services recommends the collateral be released.
