HomeMy WebLinkAbout810439.tiff RESOLUTION RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 526 - ESTOL ROCKWELL WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on the 16th day of December, 1981, considered the request of Estol Rock- well for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows : Lot 3, Block 5, Ranch Eggs Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado. WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the applicant, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the request of Estol Rockwell for per- mission to place a mobile home as a principal dwelling subject to the condition that said mobile home be place on a cement foundation on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of December, A.D. , 1981. Rockwell for a mobile home permit for Lot 3, Block 5 in the Ranch Eggs Subdivision at 3213 Lowell Lane, 2 miles from Erie. The existing homes on the Ranch Eggs Subdivision are conventional homes, either brick or frame.
