Brian Williamson Special Use Permit for an indoor arena located at Lot 20-Enchanted
Hills Subdivision, 900 feet east of WCR 15 and 600 feet north of WCR 22.
We, Marvin and Rose Sturbaum, of 7157 Maple St., Longmont, CO Enchanted Hills
object to this Special Use Permit for the following reasons:
1. Dust problems on Maple St. and the surrounding area.
2. Deterioration of Maple St. due to the heavy traffic of horse trailers on it.
3. Noise - such as PA System in arena.
4. Outdoor lights shining onto our property.
5. Concerns of our property value declining.
We feel this type of structure should not be allowed in a residential area.
