RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Carla Cronk be appointed to said board as
the alternate probation representative, to replace Tracey Frank, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gil Trujillo be reappointed to said board as
the probation representative, that Tracey Powell be reappointed as the school representative,
that Kristin Erwin be reappointed as the alternate school representative, that Janice Brown be
reappointed as the citizen representative, and that John Cordova be reappointed as the
alternate citizen representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Carla Cronk, and reappoint Gil
Trujillo, Tracey Powell, Kristin Erwin, Janice Brown, and John Cordova to said board, with their
terms to expire November 1, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Carla Cronk be, and hereby is, appointed to the Juvenile
Community Review Board, with her term to expire November 1, 2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld county,
Colorado, that Gil Trujillo, Tracey Powell, Kristin Erwin, Janice Brown, and John Cordova be,
and hereby are, reappointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, with their terms to
expire November 1, 2004.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 7th day of November, A.D., 2001.
