0 3 WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners has received a
ow request to vacate the streets in the former Kramme Subdivision,
v+w Greeley, from the current owners, in conjunction with the Replat
of Union Colony Subdivision, to be known as Keemc Subdivision,
o approved July 25 , 1984 , and

m WHEREAS , after study and review, the Board deems it advis-
o able to vacate First Street and Kramme Drive in Kramme Sub-
rig division, Kramme Subdivision having been vacated without action
of the Board on April 30 , 1964 , in Book 513, Reception No. 1435039 ,
c in order to avoid confusion with respect to the existence of

o % Attorney prepare a Quit Claim Deed concerning the vacation of

RE: STREET VACATION
FIRST STREET & KRAMME DRIVE
Gentlemen,
The attached petition is presented at the request of the Department of Planning
Services and Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney and as a Condition of
Approval of the KEEMC Subdivision. In processing the KEEMC Subdivision it was
noted that these two streets were platted and dedicated to the County on the
Kramme Subdivision plat filed January 11, 1955, Book 8 of Maps, Page 44. This
subdivision was Vacated on April 30, 1964 in Book 513, Reception No. 1435039.
These streets have never been improved and only a minimal amount of traffic
has "cut through" this undeveloped tract.
Approval of the petition will eliminate any confusion on these streets as public
and County roads and will allow the property to be developed in its best and
highest use.
