Dear Property Owner:
As you are aware from previous correspondence, the City Planning
Commission held a Public Hearing regarding the rezoning of the Floodway
of the Cache LaPoudre River to C.D. (Conservation District) at its
regular meeting on May 22, 1984. At this meeting the Commission
received input from the property owners, discussed the issue at length,
and recommended approval of the rezoning to the City Council.
As a result, a Public Hearing to consider the rezoning of the Cache
LaPoudre Floodway to Conservation District has been scheduled with the
City Council on Tuesday, June 5, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers, 919 7th Street, Greeley. The purpose of this hearing is to
receive further input from property owners and concerned individuals
with regard to the rezoning. Your attendance at the hearing is encouraged.
