The Resolution adopted by the Town Board for such purposes is in words, letters and figures as follows: TOWN OF JOHNSTOWN AMENDED RESOLUTION NO. 2000-47 FINDING SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE FOR INITIATING ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ROLLING HILLS RANCH NORTH ANNEXATION WHEREAS, a written petition, together with five (5) prints of an annexation map, was heretofore filed with the Town Clerk requesting the annexation of certain property to be known as the ROLLING HILLS RANCH NORTH ANNEXTION, more particularly described as situate in the County of Weld, State of Colorado,to wit: See attached Exhibit A WHEREAS, The Town Board desires to initiate annexation proceedings in accordance with the law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF JOHNSTOWN, COLORADO: Section 1. VEHICULAR TRAFFIC CONTROL SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE EXISTING ACCESS POINT ON WELD COUNTY ROAD 50 TO THE NORTH AND COUNTY ROAD 15 TO THE EAST AS WELL AS A CONNECTING POINT ALONG BRITTANY AVENUE IN THE EXISTING SUBDIVISION. THE SITE IS CURRENTLY ZONED AS AGRICULTURAL UNDER THE WELD COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS. THE LAND IS CURRENTLY USED FOR LIMITED AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES.
