Subject: Addendum to Agreement with University of Northern Colorado
Enclosed for Board approval is an Addendum to the Agreement between the
University of Northern Colorado and the Senior Nutrition Program.
The purpose of the Addendum is to provide UNC with commodities to be used
in the preparation of meals for the Senior Nutrition Program. The value
of the commodities provided will be deducted from the total cost of the
meals.

Addendum to Agreement
This Addendum to the original Agreement of September 1, 1981, made and
entered into this 14th day of December, 1981, by and between the Weld
County Division of Human Resources' Senior Nutrition Program, hereinafter
designated as the "Program" , and the University of Northern Colorado,
hereinafter designated as the "Vendor" ,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Program and the Vendor desire to add an Addendum to the
original Agreement of September 1, 1981,
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual premises and covenants
contained herein, the Program and the Vendor agree as follows :
1. The Program will provide the Vendor with donated commodities
provided through the Colorado Department of Social Services.
2. The Vendor agrees that the donated commodities will be used
for the benefit of persons receiving meals provided through
the Vendor to the Program. The Vendor agrees that the cash
value of the commodities will be deducted from the cost of
meals provided to the Program.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Addendum to the
original Agreement as of the date first written above.
