The Weld County Planning Commission will
hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November
21, 2000, at 1:30 p.m. for the purpose of
considering a Site Specific Development Plan
and Special Review Permit for an
amendment to an Agricultural Service
Establishment primarily engaged in
performing agricultural,animal husbandry,or
horticultural services on a fee or contract
basis, including Livestock Confinement
Operations for 3000 head of cattle for the
property described below. Approval of the
request may create a vested property right
pursuant to Colorado Law.
