THE SITE IS LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF RAILROAD AVENUE AND MAPLE STREET, ACROSS THE STREET FROM OTHER ,BUILDINGS OWNED BY LUCERNE INC. THE BUILDING IS TO BE USED IOR.STORAGE OF CORN AND OTHER CROP SEEDS. THE UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD AND SEVERAL AGRICULTURAL USE BUILDINGS LIE TO THE WEST OF THE SITE. THE LAND TO THE NORTH IS MAINLY FARM GROUND; TO THE SOUTH IS A MIX OF AN OFFICE BUILDING AND SOME RESIDENCES; AND TO THE EAST IS AN OLDER RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD AND WELD COUNTY ROAD 39.
