MINERALS: GRANTOR SHALL CONVEY ALL MINERAL INTERESTS WHICH IT HAS IN THE PROPERTY BY DEED AT CLOSING, BUT SHALL RESERVE UNTO ITSELF ALL ECONOMIC INTEREST IN THE MINERALS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO PROSPECT FOR, DRILL, REMOVE, LEASE ADM PRODUCE OIL, GAS AND OTHER HYDRO-CARBONS AND SHALL RESERVE ALL RENTS ROYALTIES, PROFITS AND PRODUCTION PROCEEDS FROM SAID OIL, GAS AND OTHER HYDRO- CARBONS FOR A TERM OF FIFTEEN (15) YEARS FROM AND AFTER THE DATE OF CLOSING. GRANTOR SHALL NOT RESERVE OR RETAIN ANY INTEREST IN SAND, GRAVEL OR OTHER MINERALS EXCEPT FOR OIL, GAS AND OTHER HYDRO-CARBONS.
