(Attach additional sheets if necessary) The subject was purchased in 1998. However, there is currently a lawsuit involving this property. The lawsuite addresses the issues of fraud concering the deferred maintenance of the roof on this property and building code infractions which the pior owner was aware of prior to and at the time of the sale. I will be supplying copies of the various documents which support the above mentioned information and the requested value.
