I am writing to you requesting that the non-exclusive agreement of a right-of-way on
Weld County Roads 22 and 39 be taken off of the agenda for Monday, February 5, 2001.
The Walters' and the Poland's are taking strides in settling the matter privately. We do
wish to retain the right to bring this aggreement back to the county commissioners if a
joint decision cannot be made.
