Urn, basically, uh, I have already started uh, to clean up the area and uh..., I just received a certified letter today saying that you are taking legal action, but, I would like to ask for some grace time, because I travel a lot and I was gone from August 28 to September 28th is uh, pretty much the meat of the 30 days that you gave. Um, and I travel a lot and I have been gone 6 days of the past 10 days that I've been home from that travel what was out of the country and uh..., I would be glad to comply with these requirements, uh, but you must understand that I've lived here 8 years and accumulation is considerable uh... to be notified, uh, at once that it needs cleaned up. And uh..., I disagree with your conception of sufficient time, you must, uh, be assuming that I don't work and am able to act at your beck and call, which is not the case. But as I said I ...uh... would be glad to comply with these violations, if you could give me a call at 970 535 0901. I would appreciate it.
