KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That THE MOUNTAIN STATES TELE-
PHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY, a Colorado corporation,and duly authorized to transact
business in the state wherein the property hereinafter described is located, whose principal office is
in the City and County of Denver, State of Colorado, for and in consideration of the sum
of Eleven thousand five hundred and no/100 -Dowers ($ 11,500.00 )
lawful money of the United States, to it in hand paid by

hereinafter called purchaser, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold
and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said purchaser,
purchaser's heirs, successors and assigns, all of its right, title and interest in and to the property
particularly described on the reverse side of this instrument.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said purchaser, purchaser's heirs, successors
and assigns forever.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION AND
THE PROPERTY IS SOLD ON AN AS-IS BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS, WITHOUT ANY
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR OTHER-
WISE. THE PROPERTY IS SOLD IN PLACE AND NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
ARE MADE AS TO THE RIGHT OF THE PURCHASER TO CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN SAID

$11,500 for 9 portable buildings located at 2403 4th Avenue and
2 portable buildings at 1203 3rd Street in Greeley, CO.
To be sold as is and moved by November -30, 1984.

PERMISSION TO ENTER LEASED PROPERTY
THE MOUNTAIN STATES TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY, the Tenant of
the following described property, hereby grants permission to Weld County, its
agents and employees, to enter upon said property at any time during usual work-
ing hours from 10-08-84 to 11-30-84 for the purpose of:
. Disconnecting electricity furnished by Home Light Power
Company
. Disconnect sewer and cap as required by local city code.
. Remove all portable buildings.
. Remove all foundation structures where portable buildings
are located.
. Remove head bolt heaters and associated conduit.
. All trenches on site to be compacted.
. Restore site to match existing parking area.
. Acquire all applicable permits from appropriate authority.
Property description or address:
• All of Lots 15 and 16, Block 2, Greeley Industrial Sub-
division; Greeley, Colorado. Also known as 2403 4th
Avenue.
The County hereby agrees to hold the Tenant harmless for any damages
or claim resulting from any negligence or intentional acts of its agents or
employees that may result in injuries or damages to persons or property on said
property and further agrees to reasonably restore and maintain said property as
near as possible to the condition found upon entry.
Final inspection of site to be made by a Mountain Bell representative
and a Weld County representative.
