This action was commenced on or about October 23, 1997 in the Weld County District Court, State of Colorado, Case No. 97CV632,by the filing of Plaintiffs Complaint seeking quiet title to certain property located in Weld County, Colorado. The action was removed to this Court by the United States of America on December 30, 1997. 2. By Order of this Court dated March 9, 2000, the Complaint was amended to join newly discovered parties,Defendant. 3. The only parties responding and claiming an interest in the cut:jert nrnnerty arr V Ni Frnnt P,nr fa`har;-a, Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Company, United States of America and Great Western Railway Company. 4. Plaintiff is in the process of serving the newly discovered Defendants and hopes to have all such Defendants served by no later than January 15, 2001. It is anticipated from discussions with such Defendants that disclaimers or no responses will be filed by them. 5. As authorized by prior Court Order, legal counsel has been appointed to act under the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act of 1940 to represent all non-appearing defendants, and is ready,willing and able to represent such defendants at a final hearing on this matter. 6. Plaintiffs counsel has contacted all counsel for the responding parties, who have reached agreement with Plaintiff upon a stipulated decree to be entered in this matter. 7.
