RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING NONEXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR
UPGRADE AND MAINTENANCE OF PORTION OF WELD COUNTY ROAD 39 -
JACELYN WALTERS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Nonexclusive License Agreement for
the Upgrade and Maintenance of a Portion of Weld County Road 39 for Jacelyn Walters, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 29th day of January, 2001, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week to allow
surrounding property owners adequate time to research the right-of-way adjacent to their
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
February 5, 2001, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of January, A.D., 2001.
