JUSTIFICATION: Additional concrete work required to tie Box Installation
to existing concrete irrigation ditch and concrete head gate structure to be
paid lump sum.
You are directed to make the following changes in the work. All other terms
and conditions of the Contract not expressly modified hereby shall remain in
full force and effect.
The original Contract sum was $ 28, 711.00
Net change by previous change orders $ 0
The Contract sum prior to this Change Order was $ 28, 711.00
The Contract sum will be increased by this Change Order $ 6, 350.00
The Contract sum including this Change Order will be $ 35, 061.00
