RE: APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER C. W. KIRBY, MARTIN H. SCHLOO
AND DENNIS KOHAN TO THE WELD COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, three vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Housing Authority, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the following people
be appointed to serve on said Housing Authority:
Term to Expire
C. W. Kirby September 13, 1983
Martin H. Schloo (to September 13, 1981
fill the unexpired
term of Allen Thompson)
Dennis Kohan September 13 , 1981
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Commissioner C. W. Kirby,
Martin Schloo and Dennis Kohan be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Weld County Housing Authority for terms to expire as stated
herein.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
January, A.D. , 1981.
