RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #3130 - LYNN JOHNS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to its authority under
Section 30-28-101(10)(d), C.R.S., has been presented with a request for Recorded Exemption
#3130, and
WHEREAS, the request for Recorded Exemption #3130 was submitted by Lynn Johns,
8690 Weld County Road 10, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, for property which is located in part
on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of Section 16, Township 1 North, Range 67
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, a hearing was held before the Board on October, 15, 2001, at which time
the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week to allow the applicant, Lynn
Johns to be present.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
October 22, 2001, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 15th day of October, A.D., 2001.
