Dear Mr. Ogle;
As we discussed on Thursday of last week, I am writing to ask that our Special
Use Review plan be slightly amended. The current plan calls for the placement of a
temporary modular on the north side of the existing church building. Instead, we intend
to move the mobile home currently parked just south of the building to the north side, to
provide the extra space we need until the new building is completed. I understand the
mobile was not properly permitted when it was moved in years ago. We will rectify this,
and remove it from the property promptly upon occupancy of the new building.
We greatly appreciate the time and expertise you have devoted to guiding our
project through the permitting process. Many thanks, and God's blessings.
