BOEKEL WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on the 9th day of November, 1981, considered the request of Robert G. Boekel for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows : Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24 , Township 4 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
