RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 516 - ROBERT G. BOEKEL
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on the 9th
day of November, 1981, considered the request of Robert G.
Boekel for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel
of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone
District, more particularly described as follows :
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24 ,
Township 4 North, Range 61 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Robert G. Boekel for permission to place a mobile home as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be,
and hereby is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th
day of November, A.D. , 1981.

Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SW4
of Section 24, thence 589°48'W along the North
line of the SW4, 2633 feet to the Northwest
corner of the SW4, thence SO°02'E along the
West line of the SW4, 492 feet to the North
R.O.W. line of a county road, thence following
the North R.O.W. line of the county road,
583°30'E 685 feet, thence N83°E 684 feet,
thence N86°E 1288 feet to a point on the
East line of the SW4, thence N1°22'W along
the East line of the SW4, 407 feet to the
point of beginning. Also an easement along
the West side of the above described property

SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM
A septic tank will be constructed and installed on the property as the
sewage disposal system, which septic tank will be constructed and
installed in accordance with Weld County Health Department standards,
rules and regulations. The septic tank to be installed will be without
a leach field and will be located 40 feet northeast of the mobile home
unit. The septic tank will be pumped out as needed sothere is no
possibility of contamination and will provide for a 500 gallon tank.
DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLY
Domestic water services are available to the proposed mobile home unit
from a domestic well now located on the adjacent premises owned by
George W. and Mary Elizabeth Stoll, said domestic well being located in
the SEA of Section 24, Township 4 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado. The domestic well is located approximately 400
feet from the mobile home unit.

I represent Mr. Robert G. Boekel who resides at 1800 East Stanford,
Englewood, Colorado 80110. Mr. Boekel has recently purchased and
acquired in 1979 a 29.48 acre parcel in the SW14 of Section 24, Township
4 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. I
enclose herewith for your benefit in connection with this matter the
following:
1. Copy of warranty deed dated September 21, 1979, recorded
September 26, 1979 in Book 882 under Reception No. 1804466 of the Weld
County records executed by Thomas E. Connelley as grantor to Robert G.
Boekel as grantee covering the following described property located in
Weld County, Colorado:
A 29.48 acre parcel of land in the SW-14 of
Section 24, Township 4 North, Range 61 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SW1
of Section 24, thence S89°48'W along the North
line of the SW4, 2633 feet to the Northwest
corner of the SW4, thence SO°02'E along the
West line of the SW4, 492 feet to the North
R.O.W. line of a county road, thence following
the North R.O.W. line of the county road,
583°30'E 685 feet, thence N83°E 684 feet,
thence N86°E 1288 feet to a point on the

general location of the above described property which is more generally
known and referred to as the Connelley Warm Water Slough.
There are no improvements located on the above described premises.
Accessibility to the above described premises is available along Highway
144, which is adjacent to the South line of the above described
premises. The proposed mobile home unit to be installed on the above
described premises will be utilized by the owner in order to provide
permanent housing facilities for him in connection with hunting
activities on the above described premises, as well as adjacent leased
premises as well as a parcel containing 279.069 acres located in the SE4
of the SE1 of Section 14, the S1 of the S1 of Section 13, Township 4
North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and the 51/2
of the SW1 of Section 18, Township 4 North, Range 60 West of the 6th
P.M. , Morgan County, Colorado.
Mr. Boekel and three associates in April of 1981 purchased and acquired
a 279.069 acre tract in Weld and Morgan Counties as hereinabove
described, together with a 40' easement and right of way for ingress and
egress from the 29.48 acre parcel across the West 40 feet of the NWa of
Section 24, Township 4 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, to the 279.069 acre parcel as hereinabove described.
