COLORADO SUBJECT: Grand Junction Project
Please find attached a change order for our Western Slope construction.
Items 1 &2 are issues that State Regulation changes require since the initial construction
of the building.
Items 3, 4, & 5 are items that we forgot or are adding now.
Item #5 reflects the quality of carpet the school district returned to us (we have not been
in the building for two years).
The total is $4,238.00.
If you could please sign and we will proceed with the project which looks to be within
budget and on time.
