Items 1 &2 are issues that State Regulation changes require since the initial construction of the building. Items 3, 4, & 5 are items that we forgot or are adding now. Item #5 reflects the quality of carpet the school district returned to us (we have not been in the building for two years). The total is $4,238.00.
