Dear Cyndy:
A few months ago, AT&T Broadband of Colorado, LLC, a subsidiary of AT&T Broadband, LLC
("AT&T"), advised you of an internal restructuring within AT&T, and requested your consent to
transfer the franchise to it. This letter is to notify you that the transfer is now complete and one
of the franchises and cable systems in Weld County is now held by AT&T Broadband of
Colorado, LLC.
As we advised, though the legal entity that held this cable system in Weld County has changed,
there will be no impact on the local management and day-to-day operations of the cable system
as a result of this restructuring. Cable service installation,maintenance and repair, marketing,
programming, and legal compliance efforts will continue to be conducted by the same system
personnel as before the restructuring.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to continuing to provide quality
cable service to our customers in Weld County for many years to come. If you have any
