RE: APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE WELD COUNTY HOME RULE CHARTER AMENDMENT
STUDY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
by Resolution, heretofore created a Home Rule Charter Amendment Study
Committee to review the Weld County Home Rule Charter and to determine whether
or not any amendments thereto would be appropriate in order to provide better
government by the citizens of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, various names of citizens of Weld County have been submitted to
the Weld County Commissioners for appointment to said Home Rule Charter
Amendment Study Committee, and
WHEREAS, after considerable study, the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, have selected as members of the Home Rule Charter
Amendment Study Committee the following named persons, to-wit:
DISTRICT #1 DISTRICT #6
Bob White Don Cummins
DISTRICT #2 AT-LARGE #1
Dwight Holter June Steinmark
DISTRICT #3 AT-LARGE #2
Dick Boettcher Cynthia Hayes
DISTRICT #4 AT-LARGE #3
Jack Holman Sandi Miller
DISTRICT #5
Paul Neubauer
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County that the above named persons be and hereby are appointed to the
Weld County Home Rule Charter Study Committee in accordance with the
Resolution creating said committee hereinbefore passed by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado.

The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of February, A.D. , 1984.
