to a site located at 17269 Weld County Road 12. Staff has determined that a new USR will have
to be submitted to accommodate the additional structures as well as the manufacturing of soil
products. I have included a USR application.

I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17269 WCR
12, FORT LUPTON, CO.
THIS PROPERTY HAS A CURRENT MINING PERMIT ON IT. I WILL CONTINUE
TO USE THE PROPERTY FOR THIS PURPOSE (SAND EXTRACTION) AS WELL
AS MANUFACTURING OTHER SOIL PRODUCTS.
I DO HAVE A NEED FOR AN OFFICE AND A SHOP.
THE BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE SHOP AND A SEPTIC SYSTEM HAVE BEEN
SUBMITTED TO YOUR OFFICE AND A WELL HAS ALREADY BEEN DRILLED.
I AM REQUESTING FROM YOUR OFFICE PERMISSION TO MOVE A 1983
OFFICE TRAILER ONTO THE PROPERTY. THE TRAILER WILL BE BLOCK AND
TIED WITH NO PERMANENT FOUNDATION.
I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO PUT A MODULAR HOME ON THE PROPERTY AT
SOME FUTURE DATE.
ALL BUILDINGS ARE TO BE SITUATED ON THE WEST PROPERTY LINE
WITH THE TRAILER FURTHEST TO THE SOUTH, THEN THE SHOP, THEN THE
MODULAR HOME.
