SUBJECT: Proposed amendments to the resolution for USR-1336 (Van
Thuyne)
Staff recommends the following amendments to USR-1336:
1) (Page 2) - Item 2c: Delete the last sentence: "Development standards require that the
applicant not begin operations until 6:30 a.m." This is addressed under Development Standard
#3. (Page 6)
2) (Page 4) - Condition 2F: This condition can be removed. This violation has been closed.
3) (Page 5) - Condition 3: Remove "nor shall any building or electrical permits be issued on
property,"
