Director, Planning Services FAX#: 970-304-6498 FROM: Bruce E. Miller DATE: June 14, 2001 SUBJECT: SPR#347 Dear Monica, The reason for this letter is to request the Commissioner's release of collateral for the Site Grading and related earthwork portion of the project as shown in Exhibit "A" and as described in Section 9.0 of our Improvements Agreement. Since the Weld County Department of Planning Services gave us written permission on May 22, 2001, to perform earthwork in preparation of our building site, we wasted no time in completing that work. Attached is a copy of a letter from our engineer which verifies my claim that the work has been completed. The site grading and related earthwork portion of release of collateral totals $38,640.00 as shown in Exhibit "A". If you have any questions, or need additional information, please contact me.
