Dear Kim:
I have had an opportunity to review the traffic impact studies for the above plan.
Based upon that information,CDOT's position on both haul mutes is the same. CDOT has no prate ewe to either route
provided warranted improvements to the highway/county road connections be completed prior to any hauling. An access
permit must be obtained prior to any work within CDOT right-of-way.
