HomeMy WebLinkAbout840806.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 944 - DOUGLAS McCARY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners ofere Weld tCounty, Colorado, on the 31st day of October, re uest of Douglas McCary for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agri- ri- cultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more p arti larly described as follows: Lot 4, Block 19 , Aristocrat Ranchettes;North, Range 66 Setion Township Weld2 West County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub- ject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation test requirements prior to the issuanceiof the owner permit; 3) prior to the issuance of a building p shall submit evidence that the proposed cistern is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use; and 4) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions .
