RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF LARRY WILSON TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Larry Wilson be appointed to said board as
the District 2 representative, to replace John Windsor, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Larry Wilson to said board, with his
term to expire December 31, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Larry Wilson be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of
Adjustment, with his term to expire December 31, 2003.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of December, A.D., 2001.
