As we have discussed, the well, flow line and associated production facilities shall be located as shown on the Exhibit "B" attachment to the Agreement which was drawn in coordination with your surface development plat for Latham View Estates. Patina Oil & Gas Corporation's preferred construction method of the access road that will service the well and production facilities as well as the lot owners of Latham View Estates would be gravel road base rather than asphalt paving. A simple gravel road will be easier to construct and maintain from and oil&gas operation standpoint.
