Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Weld County Board of County
Commissioners will be held in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, First Floor, Greeley,
Colorado, at the time specified.

TIME: 4:30 p.m.
SUBJECT: For the purpose of considering approval of the 6th Supplemental Lease between
the COLORADO HEALTH FACILITIES AUTHORITY, as Lessor, and the BOARD OF
