CERTIFICATION OF HEARINGS: Hearings conducted on July 25, 2001: 1)A Site Specific Development
Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1331, Brian and Kathy Williamson; 2) A Site Specific
Development Plan and 2nd Amended Use by Special Review Permit #1172, Hall-Irwin Corporation, do
Rocky Mountain Consultants, Inc.; and 3) Amendment to St. Vrain Sanitation District Service Plan,
