RE: CREATE WELD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE AND
APPOINT MEMBERS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it necessary to create and appoint members to an ad-hoc
committee for the purpose of reviewing the Weld County Comprehensive Plan and
recommending changes thereto which said committee deems necessary, and
WHEREAS, said committee shall be called the "Weld County Comprehensive Plan
Review Committee," and shall exist until such time as it makes its recommendations to the
Board, to be no later than December 31, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that an ad-hoc committee for the purpose of reviewing the Weld
County Comprehensive Plan and recommending any changes it deems necessary, be, and
hereby is, created.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such committee be, and hereby is, named the "Weld
County Comprehensive Plan Review Committee," and shall exist until such time as it makes its
recommendations to the Board, to be no later than December 31, 2001.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Weld County Comprehensive Plan Review
Committee shall consist of the following members: Perry Buck, Kirk Goble, Arlan Marrs, Bob
White, Joel Shoeneman, Jim Park, Fred Walker, Tom Cope, Justine Bogott, Richard Wyatt,
Karla Grieser, Stan Everitt, and Bruce Rippe.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 9th day of May, A.D., 2001.
