The Town of Severance received a cvy of the May 1,2091 letter from Mr.Jim Birdsall(E ;lc
Companies planner)to the County on a request to change the strea section in Soaring Ea ;""
Although the Town has no author►. or jurisdiction as to how this project is designed or used
because it is a .quntysubdivision,the Planning Commission for the Town indicated to me they
would prefer detadted sidewalks.
The Planning CgntmlIis--sion does not like the idea of onstreet sidewalks.
The Town wants the County to know that they appreciate being consulted on issues in areas ,
surrounding the Town.
