COLORADO, FOR THE AUTHORITY TO UPGRADE THE CROSSINGS OF THE UNION
PACIFIC RAILROAD AT THE CROSSINGS OF WELD COUNTY ROADS 23 AND 46 ,
BOTH IN THE TOWN OF MILLIKEN, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
ORDER SETTING HEARING
TO THE PARTIES IN THIS MATTER AND ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, FIRMS
OR CORPORATIONS :
The Commission orders that the hearing be set before
the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Colorado as
follows :
DATE : July 24 , 2001
TIME : 11 : 00 AM
PLACE : Community Room
1101 Broad Street
Milliken, Colorado
at which date, time and place you will be given the opportunity
to either support or protest the granting of the application as
captioned above .
The question of how the costs will be borne and paid will be
considered at, and determined as a result of, the hearing for
which this notice is given.
Applicants must appear at the hearing and present evidence
in support of their application. Other parties may appear and
present evidence in support of their position.
The applicant shall file at least 20 days before the first
day of hearing a list containing the name, address and title of
each of its witnesses , with two copies of each of its exhibits,
and shall serve copies on all parties .
Each intervenor shall file with the Commission a list of
witnesses and copies of its exhibits at least 15 days before the
first day of the hearing. Each intervenor shall also serve each

party and staff with a list of its witnesses and copies of each
of its exhibits .
No exception to the procedure described in this notice shall
be made except upon timely motion showing good cause.
