This county subdivision is located in Ordinance 201 and has a height limitation of 35 feet. The homes presently under construction in this area range from 6000 to 8000 sq, therefore, it is very difficult to meet this requirement. The applicant/developer is going to seek a permanent resolution to this situation by asking for a waiver to this standard via a change of zone. Until this time, I am asking for you and all the parties to this agreement to allow construction of these homes. l I An email response will work...
