HI,
Okay, on behalf of Weld County I would like your concurrence to issue building permits in
the Light House Cove subdivision. This county subdivision is located in Ordinance 201 and
has a height limitation of 35 feet. The homes presently under construction in this area
range from 6000 to 8000 sq, therefore, it is very difficult to meet this requirement. The
applicant/developer is going to seek a permanent resolution to this situation by asking for a
waiver to this standard via a change of zone. Until this time, I am asking for you and all the
parties to this agreement to allow construction of these homes. l I

FYI- The Owens Annexation Agreement was approved by the Board last night. All went
well.
Also, if you do give us a time waiver on the Firestone Trail Impact Report I sent to you the
other day, would you be sure it was effective as of yesterday, as that was the deadline to
have an OK from you. Thanks....
