RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION AND RELEASE OF COLLATERAL FOR SITE PLAN
REVIEW, SPR#242 - SOHNE II ENTERPRISES, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated April 26, 1998, the Department of Planning Services
did approve the application of Sohne II Enterprises, LLC, do Rudolf Danford, 965 59th Avenue,
Greeley, Colorado 80634, for Site Plan Review, SPR #242, on the following described real
estate, to wit:
Lot A of Recorded Exemption #1680, being part of
the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 4, Township 5
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on June 8, 1998, the Board of County Commissioner of Weld County,
Colorado, did approve an Improvements Agreement According to Policy Regarding Collateral
for Improvements (Private Road Maitenance), between the County of Weld, State of Colorado_
by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Sohne II Enterprises,
LLC, with terms and conditions being as stated in said agreement, and accepted Cashier's
Check #44594, drawn on the 1st Choice Bank of Greeley, 2264 35th Avenue, Greeley,
Colorado 80634, in the amount of$8,921.70, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board that the collateral being held by Weld
County is no longer necessary to secure said Improvements Agreement According to Policy
Regarding Collateral for Improvements (Private Road Maintenance) for Site Plan Review SPR
#242, for Sohne II Enterprises, LLC, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Cashier's Check #44594, drawn on the 1st Choice Bank of
Greeley, 2264 35th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80634, in the amount of $8,921.70 be, and
hereby is, canceled and released.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby
is, directed to return said collateral to the appropriate issuing party.

Subject: Release of Collateral for AmSPR-242

Rudolf Danford property owner for Lot A or RE-1680 (965 59th Avenue, Greeley) has requested
total release of collateral in the amount of $8,921.70. Collateral in the form of a Cashier's
Check was extended from 1" Choice Bank of Greeley. The Departments of Planning Services
and Public Works supports this request.
