WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,

Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Rome

Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

of an amendment to Section 3.3.E.4. of the Weld County Zoning

V= WHEREAS, the proposed amendment is to add a new subsection t.
to Section 3.3.E.4. of the Weld County Zoning Resolution to read

including hangars, landing strip, "

insecticide storage, fuel storage, and

testimony and statements of those present, has studied the pro- "

` posed amendment to the Weld County Zoning Resolution, and having
been fully informed deems it advisable to adopt said amendment
with the addition of item (10) which shall read as follow:
• "(10) Agribusiness hauling such as livestock, . -
feed and grain hauling."
